WHO WE ARE?
CHE is a nonprofit organization with the mission of providing access to high-quality health and wellness services for all. The organization's services are centered around sexual health and HIV/STD prevention. CHE believes in providing care that is welcoming, affirming, and empowering to our participants.
CHE’s programs, policies, and practices are designed to eliminate stigma and barriers to equity. CHE’s services are accessible to all community members in-need, however the nonprofit targets its outreach area and marketing resources to populations who frequently have less access to sexual health resources, especially communities of color, women at heightened risk of HIV, and youth aged 18-24.
WHAT WE DO
CHE is designing an innovative Wellness Center program that pairs targeted outreach and education with trauma-informed medical care and supportive services. CHE’s sexual health campaigns are informed by and integrated into the communities we serve. Individuals who take part in CHE’s Wellness Center receive the following at no out-of-pocket cost: doctor’s visits, STD screening and treatment, PrEP medication and continuing care, HCV screening and navigation to treatment.
